Join us for this five-part beginner yoga series taught by Dana Dabek-Milstein, API Director of Leadership Programs and Yoga Teacher. This gentle series will introduce you to the basics of a yoga practice. No experience necessary!
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, blanket or pillow to sit on, and block and/or strap if you have one.
Each class is $10, or $45 for the full series. Advanced registration for the full series is required by Thursday, May 15.

API educates the public about the life and work of Alice Paul and continues that work by educating and empowering women and girls from all segments of society to take leadership roles in their schools and communities.
